Registrations will be collected through October 23rd, 2022 – the final day of the Fall 2022 Parade of Homes. Three winners will be drawn and announced on October 24th and will be notified by phone and email. Please be sure to provide valid contact details so that you will receive your notice of winning. The first winner drawn will have the first choice of the prizes, followed by the second and third drawn winners respectively.

Winners will have 24 hours to respond to notice of being selected as a prize winner and choose their prize and then seven days after that to pick up their prize from 714 S. Clear Creek Street. Arrangements must be made with a Miller Family Homes employee regarding the pick-up date and time. If winners do not claim their prize within 24 hours or pick up their prize within seven days, the winner forfeits their rights to the prize and the winner drawn behind them will have their pick of the prizes, and a new third winner will be drawn. For example, if the first person drawn doesn’t respond to their email or phone call regarding their winning of a prize, then they forfeit their prize, and the second person drawn will have the first choice of the prizes and the third person drawn will have the second choice of the prizes and a new winner will be drawn for the final prize.

It is very important to respond to the notice of winning a prize so that you don’t lose your opportunity to claim your spot in choosing a prize or your chance to win a prize altogether.
